Carcano 1891, Tankgewehr now have c_hands; Big thanks to Stained Soldier for helping out with this!
Boys Anti-Tank Rifle Mk.I, Carcano 1891, Fedorov Avtomat, IZh-43 Sawed Off, and Tankgewehr now have shell ejection
Tankgewehr optic and underbarrel attachment bones changed, positions adjusted, sprint position override removed, shell size shrank to better reflect its actual size
ISh-43 Sawed Off now has barrel length values
S&W Model 500 given new muzzle flash, third person attachment positions fixed
Several weapon barrel length values have been adjusted
STAR Reengineered slightly tweaked for snipers; heat dissipation and delay values increased (slower)

Fedorov Avtomat optic mount changed to an optic rail
IZh-43 Sawed Off now shows optic rail in third person
PGM Hecate II tactical positioning moved, all attachment positions realigned
Tankgewehr now uses optic rail

.50 Beowulf 20-Round Casket Mag tweaked to be more in-line with the rest
12 Gauge Slugs should be bound to Shotguns now
Aftermarket, Aftermarket Compact, Vampire V2 scope positions adjusted
Anti-Matter Rounds tweaked
Doom "Slugs" reworked, renamed to Doom Shells
HUDLR now gives 400% Sighted Strafe Speed
Hair Trigger now usable on UD weapons, reduces trigger delay on UD weapons, firerate nerfed
IRONSHOCK Reforged buffed
Perks "Back to Basics" and "Grease" moved from Training Package to Internals for UD weapons. "Brain Cells" remains unchanged
Plague Darts usable on shotguns and Urban Decay weapons, penetration set to 0.5, cons updated, can now jam guns
Prototype Sear Mk. II tweaked, can now jam, now usable on UD weapons
Quicker Draw tweaked
Rubbet Bullets are now forced physbullets with lowered muzzle velocity, damage type changed to DMG_CLUB (Blunt damage)
SAT Rounds lua file renamed, will unequip old version from all guns that have it after updating
SLAP Rounds rebalanced, can now jam, "muzzle brake" warning removed (not worth adding as a feature)
SUNBEAM Mk. II zoom adjusted, now progressively gets brighter
Sabotaged Ammo tweaked, can now be used to troll
Uzi 4.6" Pistol Barrel given a disclaimer that it does not use an optic rail

Attachment Changes
All attachment descriptions updated to use a clearer method of writing, may or may not unequip all BlackMod attachments.
Rubber Bullets now fire a single projectile on shotguns, can be use on GSO weapons
IRONSHOCK Reforged now has BlackMod tag and Desc_Neutrals
Rappeller's Barrel Jump Dispersion set to 0
Aftermarket Scope description updated
Custom Stock cons updated
Aftermarket Scope slightly realigned
SUNBEAM Mk.II now has point-shooting alternate model

Convar files were not uploading to the workshop, so I just got rid of all mentions of the convar.
Anti-Matter and Tank Hunter ammos should no longer cause errors upon firing.
