Static Dot Crosshair With Outline

Description
Adds a black outline to the static crosshair so it's easier to see. For ex if you make your crosshair green you'll see it easily even if you're looking at something green.

Holy crap, I just looked at the Advanced Options mod you made for Doom Eternal. I might have to go back to that game just to try that one! :The_Slayer:

@Non-Employee: cheers! I'm just like you, i'm baffled as to why crosshairs in general don't get more love. In fact in many of my mods, like for Doom Eternal or Wolfenstein New Colossus, i made sure to add one: https://next.nexusmods.com/profile/Kaibz/mods

Glad to find someone else who realizes how useful adding a border to the crosshair is in terms of visibility. :steamthumbsup:
