Update to V7. 5 Battalions mistakenly had 10 CP/ Minute rather than the proper 16 in the previous version of V7.
V6 no longer works, as Eugen refuses to make there "update.bat" program actually do any updating...

In the Army General Campaign battles, Command points no longer shift based on the amount of units deployed on the battlefield.
Instead the command points are steady. Command points are also increased, this was done to allow players to actually deploy most of their arsenal in game.
Having one Battalion = 8 CP/Minute
2 Battalions = 10 CP/Minute
3 Battalions = 12 CP/Minute
4 Battalions = 14 CP/Minute
5 Battalions = 16 CP/Minute
These changes also apply to the AI.
