Sorry for the inconvenience. It is a specification (this was the only way to solve another problem) that the items are re-placed internally when using the "Adjust Item Position" feature. Therefore, I have added an option in the sandbox options to limit the use of this feature. Although you will not be able to use this function, please consider turning this option off in order to prioritize server processing.
"By the way, how has this affected you? (I understand that items are targeted for deletion, but how is this different from normal placement?)"
Larger servers make use of the world item deletion feature to ensure it stays healthy, but placed items are specifically excluded from this (vanilla feature). This way, people can still decorate their bases, they just need to make sure they PLACE the item instead of dropping it. Using decoholic adjustments clears this flag, thus defeating the purpose of this (otherwise very good!) mod.
The context menu of the item (right-click on the item) is the target. The item must also be placed on the floor. If the menu still does not appear, please contact us for more information.
@Suicopatious
There is no mod functionality for this at this time. Also, there are no plans to support it at this time, as it would be a major departure from the vanilla implementation and settings, sorry.
@Klaarturo
Yes, no problem for Mid-save!
@Deathstar
Yes, there is a vanilla specification that if there are multiple items on the same tile, adjusting the position (height) of one item will reset the height of all other items as well. The solution to this problem is to take measures to reposition items other than the one that has been adjusted, which is the current specification. By the way, how has this affected you? (I understand that items are targeted for deletion, but how is this different from normal placement?)
Some players reported that using the Adjust Item Position feature clears the "placed" flag on world items. My server removes most dropped items regularly (as do most larger servers) and only placed items are safe - But it seems that using this mod's precision tools makes those items count as "dropped" again, thus making them subject to item removal.
