All the features mentioned previously apply here, and the 2 realistic mode features were added:

• Survivors' glows and items have been disabled.

So that this game mode is not unfair and unplayable for the survivor team but enough to remain challenging, some previously mentioned rules were removed and modified, even so, the infected team has a great advantage over the survivors.

• Special infected keep the damage high and the regeneration time is 13 seconds (Tested in 4v4)
  
• The Witch will kill instantly.
  
• Tanks have 10,000 health.
