Description
What this Mod does
Removes any starting Negative Aversion and Negative Diplomatic Trait Aversion for all the High Elves & Wood Elves internally and towards each-other.

Isn't Rakarth a Dark Elf? This is High Elves / Wood Elves. Usually updates doesn't change the values that these mods change, so are you sure you subbed to the correct one?
