My first mod change the default background to Wataten opening
1.- subscribe to the mod and check in the game if dont make conflict with another mod
2.- after seeing that it does not conflict they will go and look for the mod you will recognize it by the image on the left which would only be the Wataten logo
C: Steam/steamapps/common/Left4Dead2/left4dead2/addons/workshop
3.- then extract it with GCFscape and leave it on an easy access route
4.- once in the folder where it was extracted copy and paste the file 4 more times then change the name of each one by l4d2background01 just changing the number by 02 03 04 and 05
5.- then copy the five files and go to the route C: Steam/steamapps/common/Left4Dead2/left4dead2/media
and ready
