[Pipebomb] C4 Beeping Sound

Description
"Pipebomb has been thrown." [beep-beep-beep-beep-BEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEBEBEBEBEBEBEBE--kaboom] "Terrorists win!"

There's nothing much to say about this one. This is an addon replacing the Pipebomb's iconic beeping sound to that C4 beep from the Counter-Strike series. I'm pretty sure it was already done by someone else, but I don't give a [beep.wav], y'know.
