Thank you very much! As for mods? I am currently making some requested ones and a few I know need to be replaced. I am a bit busy with life with remodeling my real house, homeschooling and raising my kids so it has been slow for me here lately...I miss having the extra time to get more done lol. I do know the new DLC is coming out soon so I will be very determined to try it and will add a few mods in when I do :bessie_happy:

HouseDoctor i have enjoyed your creativity when it comes to your mods for HouseFlipper , i have almost every mod you have created for HouseFlipper , i hope now that HouseFlipper2 is out you dont stop creating for HouseFlipper1 , i do play both but i think i play #1 the most at this time , i do thank you for all the work you have put into creating your mods :bessie_happy:
