I do enjoy this game for as much as I've played it, they included a lot of unique and interesting features although I feel the price is a bit steep especially for an early access game I would say if the game ever goes on sale for 20$ I would strongly recommend picking it up and giving it a try although I do not regret my purchase. The game atm has troubles launching having to launch it a few times for it to work might be just a me problem but I doubt it but once you get in its loads of fun I haven't personally played it with a friend but the group feature where you can play with your friend in a party would drastically speed up the progression cause you dont have to go heal as much. Anyways happy TemTem hunting :P
