For me this is a game where Kojima convinced millions to pay $60 (plus dozens of hours) to play a barely gamified version of the Myth of Sisyphus. Playing it in lockdown really succumbed me into depression, I did quit a couple of times out of boredom but each time returned with a naive curiosity hoping that the game will be more interesting if I proceed further but with no avail. If you are interested to discover absurdity of living and meaningless of life playing as a nihilistic DHL guy in a desolate world (Norman Reedus also does his best to be the most irritating gaming character) then go ahead (or) do yourself a favor and read "Myth of Sisyphus" or "Plague" by Camus. I guarantee you will have a better life experience if you choose the latter. I still give this game a thumbs up since this is my most subjective review and you may really enjoy rolling that boulder up hill while playing.
