Early Access Review
Over 4000 in VRChat, hundreds of friends and some of the most amazing time I've ever spent online is largely due to this game. To this day I reccommended this game (and vr in general) to multiple friends over the years.

With this said, the new announcement is incredibly concerning. The plans of implementing an anticheat *With the goal of* removing mods is, without an understatement, quite a stupid idea. And this is the reason for me to leave a review now.

In the current state the game is still severely lacking on many areas, and for that there are multiple QoL mods to fill the voids, and those are now in risk with this decision. The claims posted in the announcement will *not* fix avatar ripping or crashers (Those are not dependent on client changes and actually big issues), but will instead impact negatively the most active part of the community.

All the ones who use ComfyVRMenu(This one should be a part of the game), Portable Mirrors, FSR, LagFreeScrennshots, SelfPortrait, Safety Mods, performance mods, Invite+Fix (It's surprising how you need a mod to this day to fix this issue), accessibility mods and even those certain mods that helps you with those special roleplaying times(you know the ones).

In the end, most of the mods for vrchat improve the experience in the game and are actively used by most of the community (Check the vrchat modding community on discord, for example), and that will be removed in this path, not the real issues that should be the focus of the Team's efforts.

You dun goofed.
