Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. When ideas are challenged by others, s1nemA listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position. Generally clean and tidy, but at times, their work-station needs organizing and tidying. Sometimes s1nemA fails to clean up at the end of the day.
