A unique walking simulator through a gallery of skeletal automata, where you are almost blind; also a screensaver and art in itself!

The main things on display when you start are humanoid figures with gestures fraught with meaning and a pervasive video-feedback effect - which creates the difficulty in seeing where you are. To find more entities and palettes, you have to move and explore, unlocking checkpoints.

Of course, if your sight is deprived, your other senses leap forward... and the 3d sounds might help you in some way?

Taking screenshots (using the in-game Remember key, which can be set to supersample at much higher quality) is a requisite.

There are enigmatic Achievements and a polished UI; a very interesting and challenging creation of singular beauty.

If you've seen one of those awesome domino-toppling videos and want to do that yourself, this is the cheapest way to learn.

It's not 100% accurate but it'll get you most of the way to expertise with no more physical work than twitching the mouse.

One full playthrough is movie-length and unforgettable - but this isn't a one-time deal.

You can now play it with your wireless mouse, with the Trance Vibrating controllers on your lap if you're alone or on the most sexually attractive person's lap otherwise.

It's even better if you're on [censored] or [censored] or in a space-time where [censored] is [censored], but you can still have a great vanilla experience.

Unlike Space Channel Five, made by the same director, this does not feature Michael Jackson. Even so, it is hard to fault it.

In the way that Super Meat Boy shows you ghosts of your previous runs, this shows Steam Friends who have played and how far they got.

This was a nice surprise, but by level 3 only one of my friends had persisted, and they gave up around where I did.

I stopped playing this within 30 minutes due to the unforgiving difficuly curve: if you enjoy 100%ing split-second platforming then this is probably for you.

No controller support in 2017

Recommended IF you enjoy WASD, otherwise try the Tomorrow Corporation.

A simple game which you are mathematically guaranteed to lose:

The number of passengers to transport rises much faster than your ability to carry them, which only goes up by set amounts per game-week.

It's like one of those bar-bets on Scam School, but with no hope of a free drink if you somehow beat the odds.

You can grind out the Achievements by exploiting both pause mode and teleporting train mechanics but that's micromanaging and it's likely the only way to unlock them efficiently.

Also framerate and memory leak issues - fun rating, low.

About a year's worth of a degree course in computer science - for a fraction of the price!

A Zachtronics game with a Visual Studio overhaul, instead of animated paperclips you get little Kyles bossing you around.

Everything you need to know to be programming in Assembler, BASIC etc is taught gently within this game and with NO TYPING. It's point and click and doodle, you can even use a Steam Controller and Get Gud in your bed.

Some of the very advanced puzzles will be easier if you take the Boss' hints to do research on Wikipedia - look for algorithms used by ancient Greeks, not the latest quadratic quantum versions! Those would take 8 billion humans to understand and you are just One. One productive happy worker, right?

In the top tier of point'n'click adventures ever made - unique, lyrical, translucent, gorgeous and funny.

I was inducted into guiding performers as they did a show. Afterwards I found an MP3 of the hauntingly beautiful song they/we/I had written? in my Steam Music library, this is some next-level gamemaking.

Also my leg feels weird. It looks weird too but I assume that no one else can see that.

Now for that last delivery.....
