I'm going to be brutally honest: I WANTED to like this game. It started out really good with an intriguing premise and likable characters and I was interested in seeing where it went! Heck, I was thinking that maybe this would be that one indie game that isn't the usual indie fare on Steam (i.e Questioning life, heavy amounts of drama, dark scenes, etc.) and it would be the indie game that I could honestly play constantly! I was even able to look past the shoddy platforming mechanics to the point where I could enjoy them! Then comes Act 3 and this is where the game went downhill for me. Not only did it introduce a pointless side story about a "ghost" There is no ghost, just a group of "cultists"), but it started doing the exact ♥♥♥♥ I hate most if not all Indie games for: It started to ask questions about life, it brought in pointless drama, and it became pretentious with its dialogue. Why can't there be a indie game that DOESN'T follow the pack?! Once that stuff came up in Act 3, I went from wanting to replay the game to just wanting to get the game done and over with to straight up HATING IT! That is, until half-way through Act 3 when something happened that actually made me think it was not going to be a indie cliche and actually got me interested...until Act 3 continued and the cliches came back. The only good things I'll say about the game are that the artstyle is cute and the characters, until Act 3, are enjoyable and cutely designed. The music is something I won't even bash cause it was surprisingly catchy and pleasant, to the point where I wouldn't mind owning a copy of the soundtrack (And this is coming from someone who loves Power Metal). But, those good things are, sadly, out weigh by the stuff I hated and, for all those reasons I listed plus the fact it pulls of a abrupt ending (something I friggin' hate in games), I can not see myself recommending this game to anyone. It's sad, cause I really wanted to like this game cause it started out strong, but once Act 3 rode around, all the good things got blown away like a feather in the wind.

Have to be honest, this game surprised me! I went in expecting a simple sci-fi zombie game and walked away with not only one of the better zombie FPS' I played in a while but also one of my favorite games of 2017. A few issues do bog it down from being perfect to me, ranging from the difficultly being spotty (Medium mode just felt too easy for me at times) to weapon upgrades not having any noticeable effect (I swear the reload speed is the same on the shotgun even when fully upgrade). The ONLY huge problem I have is the ending...it just ends. I was legit pissed off when that splash screen came up after I fought what I presumed was the next to last boss. Frankly, if you want a easy-to-get-into and fun to play Zombie game that won't cost you, pun intended, an arm and a leg, pick this up!

Early Access Review
I had this game for a few years now and I feel it's time I finally give my two cents on it. When I first started playing, I had fun playing it, but I still had some minor issues with it, ranging from a wonky UI to weird slowdown at times but it was still not enough to deter me from playing it. Even the idiots who shoot on site didn't deter me. But after a while, I got bored, stopped playing, and moved on to other games. But, around October or November of this year, I decided to hop back in and give it another go...and WOW was that a bad idea! Not only is it buggier then when I last played it, but it's to the point where it is nigh unplayable now! Lag is constant, frame-rate dips to the teens and lower (heck I think it hit -5 at one point, something I didn't know was possible) and it even got to the point where I had to look away from the computer cause my head started to hurt. Finally, for me at least, it is nigh impossible to control the camera with the mouse as it also lags and has a major 5 second delay to it. I want to know what the developers of this game have been doing these past year cause it sure as heck doesn't look like they were working on improving this game. Looking at the updates to it, it seems they are more focused on adding content and fixing small, minor issues then working on actually IMPROVING the game and fixing the major issues plaguing this once promising game. In short, avoid this game for now, until the developers stop ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with pointless weapon updates and actually work on IMPROVING this game.

This was the very first PC FPS I had ever played and I loved it ever since. Unlike most FPS' I was playing (Goldeneye 007 comes to mind), this one forced you to take your time and plan your attacks carefully unless you want your body to look like a product of Pinhead's doing. Granted, you can't command your squad mates like you can in Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising and you can't take control of vehicles, but this is still a fun realistic FPS from the 90's. Now there are some technical issues with the game when I run it on Win8, ranging from small frame-rate issues to the entire game locking up to the point where I have to sign out of the computer in order to close the game, but I still can recommend this game to anyone looking for a FPS that isn't Call Of Duty and wants a bit of realism in their FPS that predates the ARMA series.

Out of all adventure games I've played, this was always one of them that stayed with me for years even after I was done playing it. From it's interesting setting to it's fun characters (ranging from the likable Door-bot to the "friendly" Parrot) to the engaging story, this was one of those games that just stuck with me more then every other game I had ever played and I was ecstatic to hear that NightDive Studios was bringing it to Steam and was making sure that it would work on modern operating systems (Which is a blessing). Sure, some of the puzzles were a pain to figure out (The chicken puzzle and the music room are two in particular that comes to mind) and the game is pretty short (It seems that the game is 2 hours in length though your mileage may vary), but it's still a fun game to play. I have no problem in recommending this game to anyone who likes adventure games and wants a fun sci-fi story that will grab you the moment you place the CD in the computer and the ship that can't possibly go wrong crashes into your house. Sure, nobody likes a smart-ass, but this game revels in it.

Going to be honest: I had a lot of fun playing this game, problems and all. Sure, the control scheme is weird (I never had to press SPACE to aim before), graphics aren't the best, and the dialogue is iffy, but at the end of the day, it's still a fun FPS to play and isn't that the job of all games? To just be fun to play, no matter if they are good or bad?

Now THIS is what the previous Headhunter Packs should've been! This is not only fun to play, but has some great writing AND a great boss to farm! Heck, the second quest has even more funnier writing, with the Vault Hunters getting the best one, especially Salvador! If I had to choose one of the five Headhunters DLC to recommend the most, it would be this one, as it is the more enjoyable one.

I am ONLY recommending this one cause it has some of the funnier lines and is more enjoyable to play then the previous head hunter packs. My only real complaint is the last boss you can fight as it is one of the more unfair bosses in the entire game. But still, I do recommend this one solely for the DLC AND the fact that the Vault Hunters you control actually get some lines (Zero has the best ones).

It's a bad parody of 'A Christmas Carol' with nothing worth writing home about. Just skip.

Again, another Headhunter pack you can skip. The quests are not fun and there is no good loot again (other then a crappy head). Yes, it's nice seeing Mr. Torgue's grandma, who honestly has some great lines, but I just can't recommend this one to anyone.
