PROS:

- Great story, characters and lore.
- Beatiful art design.
- Great music
- Exceptional boss fights, they would be perfect if the camera didn't work against the player so often, but still, duels in this game are amazing. When it comes to 1vs1, the fights in Sekiro are unforgettable.
- Having the option to repeat boss fights is a welcome touch in this type of game.

CONS:

- The camera is another enemy. Whenever the player gets cornered or close to a vertical surface, the camera gets too close to the character or he isn't even visible anymore. Lock-on can stop working just by having the enemy jumping above the player. The smaller the arena, the more horrendous the camera is. In a game with such a challenging and fast fighting system this camera issues can really make fights unfair and frustrating instead of challenging.

-Stealth is very shallow and outdated. Almost embarrasing for a 2019 game. It's not the main aspect of the game, but it's still too simplistic in comparison to other games where stealth is also optional.

- The enemy AI is too basic, the human enemies act the same way as the hollows, zombies and other mindless foes present in the Dark Souls games. This and the shallow stealth are not good for immersion.

- A lot of mini-bosses are tedious because they are protected by huge groups of regular enemies, so
every time the player wants to fight them it's necessary to deal with their companions first. This
can be done faster with stealth, but it's still repetitive and tedious. This is one of those
artificial difficulty techniques present in the Dark Souls games, arguably worse implemented
in Sekiro.

- The points where you can use your hook are completely arbitrary, this breaks immersion.

- I think most of the problems come down to an identity crisis. This game is too similar to the
Dark Souls games and the new gameplay mechanics, level design, setting and narrative don't
have the development they deserve because of the restrictions of the Dark Souls formula that
was meant for other mechanics, level design, settings and narratives.

So, it's not perfect at all, Sekiro is no masterpiece, but it's still a really really good game.
