I have had quite a few times were three guys leave on team on 8v8, and the match is far from fun, and you are being spawn camped, but if you leave you get punished for wanting to have fun by lowering your xbox online rep (which affects players you are matched with), and banning you for a minute which increases if you leave more the same day.
