MOWAS 2 is an amazing game. We are damn near 10 years since its initial release and it is still a game I regularly play. To my knowledge it is, one of, if not the only RTS of this category. No building barracks to spawn men who you control as a group and have generic HP bar that you can buy upgrades for etc. No running around trying to secure resource so you can build more building etc. Its just raw combat where every soldier has stats, inventory and a name. You can direct control every unit, pick up guns of the enemy, and so much more.
The modding community has really shined in this game. Are you bored of ww2? Why not try ww2+ with a realism mod, or maybe you want to play Vietnam? or modern day? ♥♥♥♥ do you want to play 40k universe? you can do it with the help of mods on the workshop.
I truly cannot recommend this game enough, if you have any inkling of buying it I would strongly suggest doing so.

Only game in my extensive library that I have bothered to 100%. I also have conducted my own kind of IQ test on my friends, timing them on seeing how long it takes them to make the engine run from initial install. Overall I would say this game is exactly what you would expect and nothing more and nothing less. This is practically unheard of in the world of gaming, and for that I would strongly recommend getting this game and make choo choo chug chug chuff chuff.

Europa Universalis IV is one of those games where if you heard someone playing it out of context, you would assume they were some kind of extremist. It could be Islamic, orthodox, catholic, protestant, etc. your pick. So for that reason I would recommend this game, as it is the perfect camo for my inner Coptic extremism.
