The game feels so damn good to play, they took what was great from the Budokai Tenkaichi series and built upon it superbly. Gameplay feels just as satisfying as it was back then, the new offensive and defensive gameplay elements add depth to the gameplay and makes it more nervous. Obviously the new story beats have been added to the game with DB Super but they haven't neglected the spin off movie content and of course the unfairly disliked Dragon Ball GT.

Overall it's a very complete package even with the standard edition ! If you're a fan of Dragon Ball, I'd say it is a must have in your library. My love for the IP kinda died down over the years but I feel so happy to dive back into the wonderful world that Akira Toriyama cooked for us. RIP to the legend
