I use my screen on 4k, thing is, steam itself operates on webview we and with 5mb limit...gifs hardly will be above 800x800....

yeah that's the process I followed but without those measurements, thanks for your help. Also I have a 2560x1440 display, but yeah gonna try it out later

What takes time is setting the gif the way you want, res wise and etc.

- The correct way, to avoid mistake is using a program. Set image to 1920x1080.
- Crop it to 20% 384px vs 1080px
- Resize it to a custom size you want proportional wise.
- Edit the hex number of the image to 21 the last one.
- paste the ctrl c & V to upload as workshop
