I've been following the NA scene for a while and the only guy i feel has a good grasp over the game is SenpaiWaifu. People like him get frustrated because they have too much burden on their shoulders and most of the times its because their teammates drive them to the point. Being an In Game Leader can be mentally exhausting especially when you have a couple of individuals in the team who never seem to follow through on a plan no matter how many times you make it clear to them just because they feel differently. And it's not like he's a hypocrite like NFL SUPERSTAR who keeps making his own errors in game and still somehow blames his teammates for the losses. You hardly ever see him make any mistakes. He's a professional player and he should have the right to expect his teammates to play and act like ones.
