I like to say this game is a love child of Arma 3 and battlefield. Enough arcade elements to make the game not super role play esque but also realistic enough to be a challenge and have some real world applications. Squad is like a mil sim, mixed with a social game. This game can be really fun, it's got really high highs and low lows. Sometimes the game sucks and other times this game is incredible. The environment in this game is mixed, you have those people who mil sim, play competitively, and those who play casually or name their squads "boy kisser's only". This game is truly what you make of it. If you're interested in playing battlefield 4 again with less bullet sponge this game is for you.
