I love ESO and recommend it highly. It has one of the best communities I have ever seen. Everyone is nice and willing to help you out. I came from Playstation to PC last year and do not regret the decision. It runs better, looks better and allows the use of add-ons. They are constantly releasing new content and with never before seen areas in the Tamriel map. I mainly PVP, but there is endless PVE content in-game which make thee game fun (Delves, Group/Public dungeons, Trials, Arenas, etc).

Cons (Some to list, but not all):
Hard to do endgame content if you are not in a decent guild.
Cyrodiil PVP can be better as it is horribly optimized.
-> Too many crashes for no reason and even worse.. sometimes you even have to re-queue which can take hours.
Cyrodiil PVP overall feels not too fun for solo players
->Too many ball groups which makes it not fun as it used to be when compared to console.
Battlegrounds could get a revamp
-> Seems like it is the same old set of maps, with hardly any new maps per update
