Hey there, I am really sorry that you have not been able to enjoy Trials Rising due to a problem with Ubisoft Connect. While I do not know the exact nature of the problem you are seeing with the launcher, I would like to offer some troubleshooting that may help mitigate any issues with it and get you back to playing your game smoothly.

To start, please ensure that you have the game installed on the same drive as Steam and Ubisoft Connect as this will make sure that there is no miscommunication between the game and the launchers. Then, I would clear the cache in Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com] and run it with administrator rights[www.ubisoft.com]. However, if there are still some issues persisting with the launcher afterwards then you may need to uninstall and reinstall Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com]. Just make sure to backup your saved files[www.ubisoft.com] first.

However, if you are still seeing some problems with the launcher when trying to play your game then please contact us by creating a support case[www.ubisoft.com]. From there you can then attach[www.ubisoft.com] your launcher logs[www.ubisoft.com] for further assistance.
