It is also within our policy that if any raffles that are unfinished within 1 week (excluding unusuals), we will refund everyone. If a member gets kicked or banned for something grave, such as unnecessary and continuous insulting, flame wars and etc, he (or she) will NOT be refunded of any entries in any raffles. Keep this in mind.(Note:The moderator/admin/user has the right to continue the raffle further.)

Keep in mind that all winners are determined through random.org, as we screenshot it. We also have a no-refund policy so keep that in mind also!

Couple of rules for mods...

1. Max profit between group and user for user provided raffles is 30% (low end of backpack.tf values). Max profit for the user is 20%.
2. If you want to raffle something out of your own backpack, the profit cap stays at 30%.
3. For mods, you can only have 2 raffles running. For admins, 3.
4. Do NOT abuse your powers as an admin/mod.
5. Only 1 bump every 20 minutes

Consequences
If the Admin feels such need to demote, then the action is done.

Also, when entering a raffle, make sure you know what your getting into. Knowing basic statistics, there's a chance you can win...and one that you can lose. Just don't go crazy with entries, k :3. ~James <3
