Starting Player of the Week

I'm thinking of starting player of the week (it's like a little award thing that I can grant people in the group); so we have something to do before Dota 2 comes out.

I'd like to know you thoughts on how we could structure some kind of "competition"? Maybe we could base it around people posting comments of what they've done in games? Or it could be where people who contribute to the group by commenting, joining group chat and making suggestions receive the award.

Anyway it would great if some you commented on the group or announcements in general.
