Warriors (T4)

This Tier 4 unit have a level of training that makes them much more than a simple rag-tag Warband. They are light, fight well in forests and can obtain the Pattern Round Shield if upgraded, which gives them the Shield Bash order. However this lowers their missile block chance. Because of this, the Warriors are flexible, allowing you to utilize them to suit your play style. You could take a more aggressive approach making them fast and light, or a more conservative approach taking on a defensive role.

Proven Warriors (T6)

This Tier 6 unit has survived long enough to be considered proven in battle and ferocity. Like the Warriors before them, they are Light and perform well in forests. They also have a diverse selection of equipment to choose from allowing them to gain either fearsome presence or inspiring presence, which lowers or raises morale of enemies and allies, respectively.

Andarta’s Swords (T7)

A Tier 7 of ferocious female warriors, named after the Gallic goddess of war. They too are a light unit that perform well in forests and have diverse upgrade trees. This allows them to obtain several unit orders such as Hamstring; an ability that can cripple an enemy unit’s speed, Harass which enables a short close range charge and Inspiring Presence.

Chosen Swordsmen (T8)

A Tier 8 unit of warriors, chosen by the gods for their skill, proficiency and viciousness. Their upgrade tree allows a multitude of visual customizations as well as statistical effects. Chosen Warriors can shave their heads, or don a ceremoniously beautiful winged helmet. They can go topless, smothered in woad, or pack on the chainmail. These are all attached to different buffs, debuffs and unit orders resulting in a much more dynamic unit that can fit into multiple roles.
