First Glance was established at the end of 2008 as a Counter Strike Source team that would compete both online and on LAN. Then in January 2009 CEO of First Glance, Luke "scziio" Millanta, decided to make the team into a multi-gaming organisation.

Since then First Glance has not looked back having won multiple LAN and online events across several different games. All of the First Glance players hope to continue this dominance throughout 2009 and beyond!
