Please make iron brigade dlc or sequel, so many people would be willing to pay top dollar for either of those.

I've even cleared my download cache and it's still not working.
I'm new to STEAM so maybe I'm just doing something wrong but I've heard about other people having this problem so not sure.

I'm having some trouble with Psychonauts. It installs fine but won't launch
Whenever I verify integrity of game files it says
"1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired."
When I browse local files and try opening it that way it says
"The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx9_40.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
