I don't think this will be much of a problem here, but to simply put it: You post it, you source it.

*Keep it friendly. Prevent Drama

Don't be a dick and don't try to make a dick of people.

*Don't Spam/Advertise

It's quite disrespectful and spammy to adverise, and spam is just not welcome here.

*Refrain from asking for in-game help

This might come off bitchy sounding, but please refer to the undertale Wiki page or guides for in-game help. It builds up when everyone starts asking how to play the game.

*Refrain from purchasing/selling unofficial Undertale merchandise

Toby Fox has requested fans to not sell their works that involve Undertale. One-off commissions are okay, but buttons/pins/prints/shirts/redbubble/etc are not okay with him. There is official merchandise here: Fangamer's Undertale Collection[www.fangamer.com]

Members who fail to follow the rules will face consequences.
That should be the only concerns of the group for now. If anything comes up, it will be added to the list and announced!
