I want to start a group/ community of nice people. An example of what this community would do is help new players, give items to f2p's / poor players, tutor newer players, give lost items (Through anything from phished to gambling) back and even do battles for items (For players that have been benefiting from help and want to test their skills and be rewarded for it. I'm thinking we put newer players to fight other new players for an item supplied by a coach). Can you guys give me some tips on how I should go about starting this and when I do help me get the word around? I'm sure it will help the tf2 community as a whole. Earlier today I was playing hightower and there was a blu solly trying to attack me with a rocket jumper. I wanted to do something but a salty scrub joined his team and kicked him. This is an example of how this group would help. Another reason I want to do this is that the official valve coaching system is really bad, and if people have heard about our group then they're obviously cooperative enough to follow instructions from coaches and read chat/ voice chat.
