"The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of Promania, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;-to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;-to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;-to Controversies to which Promania shall be a Party;-to Controversies between two or more States;—between a State and Citizens of another State;-between Citizens of different States;—between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.

His Majesty the King of Pomerania, in the name of the Promies Confederation, the Holy Roman Empire, and the Allied Nations of Pomerania, His Majesty the King of Bavaria, His Majesty the King of Württemberg, His Majesty the King of Baden, His Majesty the King of Hesse, Her Majesty the Queen of Austria, His Majesty the King of Hannover, His Majesty the King of Saxony, His Majesty the King of Poland, His Majesty the King of Bohemia, His Majesty the King of Sweden, Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark, Her Majesty the Queen of Lithuania, His Majesty the King of Milan, His Majesty the King of Hungary, Her Majesty the Queen of Holland, His Majesty the King of Corsica, His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of Finland, Her Royal Highness the Grand Duchess of Moldavia, Her Royal Highness the Grand Duchess of Norway, Her Royal Highness the Grand Duchess of Danzig, His Royal Highness the Grand Duke of Albania,
conclude an eternal alliance for the protection of the territory of the Confederation, and of the law of the same, as well as for the promotion of the welfare of the Ethnic people of these Confederated States.
