what happened to it? why it was never brought to steam?

I've been doing some snooping on the wayback machine, looking at mods that were hosted on 10-David, hot-swat-mods, and some japanese site hosted by a clan by the name of "wahaha" and this particular pack caught my eye. Does anyone happen to have it? Ive actually tried to reach out to pie4foo, as well as the original owner of wargaming, which I believe was associated with 10-David in some capacity, to see if either one happened to have an archive of the entire site's contents, but ive yet to hear b...

I've installed the Last Resort mod, and by launching the game through the mod's launcher, steam will never even recognize that I'm running the game. Nevertheless, I like to launch all my games directly through steam, and it seems that launching it directly still enables the mod's features, although I need to add the console commands like skip intro and handsup through steam.
