Nein, leider nicht. Ich habe schon versucht deutsche und englische Dateien auszutauschen, aber das funktioniert leider nicht wirklich.
An und für sich ist das Englisch im Spiel leicht verständlich. Das Problem sind die Rätseltruhen. Da braucht man schon sehr, sehr solide Sprachkenntnisse um sich da nicht (noch) schwer(er) zu tun...

IIRC correctly, the gog-Version either does already come with different language versions, or I had really (like you did suppose) changed the files by language patch to german language, manuelly.
Problem is, that the gog-versions does not have the improved music of the steam version which is really a delight to listen to!

Nonetheless, it was helpful to post your last comment, LeVerrier, because the OP may be glad to have ANY version working in his mother tongue...

Hallo - ja - wie in meinen Screenshots ersichtlich geht es --> Voraussetzung ist, du musst das Spiel in Deutsch besitzen. Auf Steam normal installieren - die deutsche Version "drüberkopieren" - und es läuft - alles natürlich "ohne Gewähr" ;-)

Hi. Ich besitzte tatsächlich noch die Deutsche version auf CD, allerdings klappt das mit dem "einfach drüberkopieren" nicht. Das Spielemenü ist dann zwar auf deutsch, aber sobald ich ein neues Spiel anfange, geht es nach der ersten Seite der Einführung nicht mehr weiter und das Spiel hängt sich auf.
Kannst Du mir vielleicht nen Tipp geben, was genau ich wohin kopieren muss? Das wär super, denn ich will das Spiel sowas von unbedingt wieder spielen können. <3

Finally managed to Play this game via CD by using DOS-BOX. There are lots of helpful manuals which explains how to mount the CD and create a shortcut for starting the game faster.

Tip: I had to increase the Speed by Pressing ALT+F12 a few times or else BaK lagged pretty hard while walking around in the game.

Unfortunately the "german patch" is actually for the floppy version. Yes, it does work for the GOG version, but it then disables the option for CD Music.
