But the higher win bonus will only create even more pressure, some people already leave if things looking bad and the higher the win bonus the higher the chance that people leave when they see they can't win.
How do you define the mvp?
That one guy holding the frontline, making space for the ranger ? the ranger that can delete every special/elite with no pressure since he's not threatened by a backstab every 2s ? most dmg ? most special / elites / player killed / disabled ?
So many possibilities to judge if a player was useful or not, and you'll need to adjust the weight of each category for each career because they're not here to fill the same role.
Giving better reward based on some random things doesn't look like a good idea. Some replay of the game could be fun but only if it doesn't delay the next game.
