Try to uninstal and install again the game.
reinstalling wont solve that problem.

after contacting with the support team , the problem didnt solved yet (they couldnt help me in that case).
i hope that the bugs will fix soon :/
If not; maybe be sure to unplug a (possibly misbehaving) controller or racing wheel or alike that you may have connected, and/or see what happens if you disable or enable Steam Input for the game via library rightclick -> Properties -> Controller.
