Is the modding community active? i like to play with some blood mods ect but i don't think much people do so

I select custom online with my pc friends and we always get connected to other people. FIX THIS ISSUE OR IM REFUNDING IT.

"Pass through three road signs on the trucks stage" I have every other achievement. I play solo. I stay on top of the truck and jumped through multiple signs in a single round. If there was no hole, I ducked at the front. No matter how many signs I passed, the achievement won't unlock. Anyone have any clue what's happening. Any advice would be appreciated....
