This update adds a goblin crystal feature for auto questing,balancing to spawn rates at some floors in the tower and a major fix for soulshots to be applied properly to DOT effects in combat.

Added new feature in task manager "Auto quest" (Auto use 1 goblin crystal per quest)
Soulshots now correctly also affects damage over time effects (Sacred Ground,Scorched Earth,Shadow Affliction,Critical Wound,Rend)
Improved pet "Crocodile" texture model
Tweaks to reduce cost for support pet "T-REX" (3000 thundergod shards)
Tweaks to reduce cost for support pet "BUTTERFLY" (1500 thundergod shards)
Floor 81 (Dwarf) slightly higher spawn rate

Couple of questions

So i'm a new player (only 8 ascensions in) but i've struggled with finding a class i like and i could use some info since i couldn't find a wiki or a discord to ask. Currently im playing warlord because i thouht it would be nice for the aoe. I also tried phantom which i do like as a theme but it was terrible at farming it seems. I also tried stalker, tyrant and ravager. So to my questions: 1) What are the best farming classes atm? I would assume archmage is top tier although i dont like magic classes. ...

Shared stash

I had 90 S chests in the shared stash. I then transferred another 400 S chests to the shared stash. Relogged to another char and only the 90 chests are in the shared stash. 400 have disappeared. The bug is reproducible.

This update adds a new NPC in the basecamp with a special class quest for beastmaster and by popular demand a low performance mode setting for idle grinding. Enjoy!

68 hours in and now my character doesn't move/attack anymore in half the levels. It just stands still gazing at the wall. I just wanted to enjoy this game, not have the game imitate what I do at work

Can't access my saves anymore

I haven't played for a year. The last time was September of last year. Now when I start the game up, I can no longer access my saves. I can see no characters and all save slots appear empty. I just spent money on buying more classes as well and now I can't even play. I don't fancy having to redo my 1200 hours in the game. My game folder has the files: sharedstash.data (6 kbs) characters.data (1 kb) myhero1.data (9 kb) ... up to myhero15.data and all of them are 9 kb. The dates on these files coincide ...

Optimizing Race: A primer

With this thread (and the advent of ancestry food/potions) i would like to highlight the importance of picking and choosing a race with regards to scalability, optimization and maximizing non-capped stats. As i don't know the right answer in optimization, i'll just present my own opinion on all races and in the future i'd like to create a tier list.
