I tried verifying the the files through steam. but the game does not allow me to continue from a save. The candle remains lit. I reinstalled the game in the c: folder and it kinda looks like it is working, but now when loading a new part of the map the game looks stuck again and the candle remains lit. This is really weird. I have a 2023 high end MSI computer with a GTX4070. I never had this problem with more demanding games than this one...

How do I get it? I've tried hard, but it's not easy.

I can't click or press any other dialogue option aside from 1. When I try, it just spasms and jerks focus back to dialogue 1. Not sure what's going on, tried changing resolution in case it was some kind of 4k bug, but that didn't help.

Final touch (Snowman) is broken, and so is mailbox mingle (Gerdas conversation). Fix it. Now.

I'm having a hard time understanding this achievement. What does one have to do in order to get it?
