No level cap sounds great, but do the enemies scale to your level in this game?

I want to reset everything on my game, but some stuff remain. For example, even while deleting a profile (which will delete progress in the campaign, XP in the character etc), the overall score and the amount of levels completed is still shown in the main menu, just like my arsenal (even on a new game in another profile) is also as full as it was before. How can I reset it all?...

So I figured out why it's so common for people to be unable to get their last achievement, chasing that last item whatever it is. It is common in this game that players find all the items for achievements except one, and play it for a long time unable to find the last item, despite them being random and apparently have the same appearance rate. for me it's the Bat Wing, for others it could be any of the other items, for one guy it was the Monster Jaw just not appearing. Play the first two lost soul missions and if you don't find anything or find duplicate items, start a new character and try again. Also, if you start a character and don't see any lost soul missions, back out of the map and enter, the levels will change....

i like this game a lot. don't know how big the community is (how do you check the download/playerbase stats in steam again?), but i never heard much about larva mortus and i just want to say it's a nice, simple, refreshing game with good controls and good atmosphere. a sequel with a bit more rpg-style depth, deeper story, and maybe isometric instead of topdown, or at least a new engine, would be cool in my opinion....
