Streaming and Gameplay Videos:
You are allowed to stream gameplay of the Game and create and upload gameplay videos (hereafter referred to as "Gameplay Content").
Monetization:
You may monetize Gameplay Content, including but not limited to monetization through features like YouTube Super Chat and ad revenue. This also applies to free trial versions of the Game.
Inclusivity for Content Creators:
Streamers, broadcasters, VTubers, and similar content creators affiliated with agencies do not need to contact or inquire for permission to earn revenue from Gameplay Content.
Content Scope:
You may include the entire content of the Game, including exclusive stages and endings, in your Gameplay Content.
2. About Screenshots
Screenshot Usage:
Screenshots of the Game and its promotional videos (PVs) may be posted on news sites, game information sites, strategy articles, magazines, newspapers, television, etc. (hereafter referred to as "Media"), as well as personal websites, blogs, social media, Note (including paid articles), etc. (hereafter referred to as "Personal Sites & Social Media").

Content Scope:
Screenshots from the entire Game, including exclusive stages and endings, may be published.
3. Introducing the Game
Media and Promotion:
There is no need to seek permission or contact the Company when introducing the Game in Media or on Personal Sites & Social Media. This applies to both individuals and corporate entities.

Media Coverage:

4. About Materials
Materials Usage:
The materials used in the Game, including free or paid sound effects and other resources (hereafter referred to as "Materials"), are not to be redistributed. Extracting, using, modifying, distributing, or selling Materials from the Game is prohibited.
5. About Music
Music Rights:
All music used in the Game (hereafter referred to as "Music") is original and copyrighted by the Company.
Usage of Music:
Only those who purchase the upcoming soundtrack may use the Music as background music in their own streams, videos, or television programs.
Prohibitions:
Creating videos primarily featuring the Music, collections of background music, or crossfade videos is prohibited. Soundtrack purchasers are also prohibited from using the Music in other games they produce, regardless of whether these games are free or paid.
Permitted Activities:
Arranging the Music, performing it with instruments, transforming it into vocal tracks with lyrics, ear copying, and scoring are permitted. Created audio works may be uploaded to video sharing sites or sold at fan events.
6. About Voices
Usage of Voice Content:
Using the voice recordings of the voice actors included in the Game (hereafter referred to as "Voices") for AI training, voice changing, or creating AI covers based on such training is prohibited.
Permissible Sharing:
Sharing the Game’s promotional videos (PVs) that include Voices, or including Voices as part of Gameplay Content in videos, is permitted.
7. About Fan Creations of Characters
Fan Content Creation:
You are permitted to create fan content based on the characters from the Game (hereafter referred to as "Characters").
Adult Content:
Creation of content suitable for adults aged 18 and older, equivalent to R-18 and R-18G, is allowed. However, when posting such content on the internet, ensure it is not placed in unavoidably public spaces and clearly marked for adults with an additional warning step.
For printed doujinshi, mark the cover as adult-only and do not sell to minors. Comply with the guidelines and laws of doujinshi conventions and printing services.
Doujinshi Sales:
Selling doujinshi in digital format is permitted. You may delegate the sale of your fan-created works to download sales sites.
Merchandising:
You may sell merchandise based on your original illustrations (which must not trace any elements from this Game or other IPs, and must not use generative AI) through platforms like Pixiv Factory and BOOTH. Merchandise can also be sold at fan events. Please limit merchandise to 200 items per product type. Direct use of the Game’s character images or sprites as merchandise is prohibited.
Character Requests on Commission Platforms:
When receiving requests for Characters on platforms like Skeb (or similar international commission platforms), you can receive compensation as long as the work is original, not traced, and not generated by AI.
Cosplay:
Cosplaying as Characters is permitted. Photos of cosplayers may be shared on media and personal sites & social media with the cosplayer's consent.
However, the creation and sale of adult-themed real-life cosplay photobooks and video materials are prohibited.
Prohibitions in Fan Creations:
・Using Characters in election campaigns or social movements, or depicting Characters supporting or criticizing specific political parties.
・Using Characters for religious solicitation or proselytization.
*Illustrations of Characters in non-proselytizing contexts like New Year's visits, Christmas, or Bon Festivals are acceptable. Do not engage Characters with potentially harmful religious groups or new religious movements. Mentioning religions or mythologies that influenced the character designs is allowed.
・Infringing on other IPs’ copyrights or trademarks, or violating guidelines.
・Using Characters for attacking or defaming others, including real or fictional individuals, corporations, or organizations.
・Involving Characters in discriminatory speech or hate acts.
・Engaging in activities that severely damage the Character's image, such as causing trouble, inconvenience, or scandal while cosplaying or impersonating. Misrepresenting Characters as original when they are clearly based on the Game’s Characters in name, appearance, or setting.
・Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.
8. About the Title Logo
Usage of the Title Logo:
You may use the title logo provided in the press kit for thumbnails and stream overlays for gameplay videos and similar content.
Prohibitions:
However, using the title logo in fan-created illustrations, covers of doujinshi, album or streaming service covers, and various profile icons or headers is prohibited. This is to prevent any confusion that such uses are officially endorsed or officially recognized.
9. About MODs
MOD Creation and Distribution:
You are allowed to create and distribute MODs for the Game for free.
IP and Trademark Respect:
When creating MODs, please do not infringe on the copyrights or trademarks of other IPs. Specifically, do not replace bosses with characters from other IPs, nor should you replace enemy ships or projectiles with real corporate products or logos.
MODs and High Scores:
Using MODs will disqualify the gameplay from high score rankings. The method for disqualification is not determined at the time of writing these guidelines.
10. Credit Notation for Non-Commercial Use
Optional Credits:
For individuals or sole proprietors (including those contracted with talent agencies) who stream, commentate, or create fan works, linking back to our site or the Steam store and giving credit is optional, not mandatory.

・Adapting the Game into a musical stage production.
・Planning and selling LINE stickers.
・Using characters for real company PR or corporate brochures.
Examples Not Considered Commercial Use:
・An individual or sole proprietor making a small number of handmade plush toys and selling them at a price that covers materials, shipping, and minor additional costs (up to 200 items per product).
・An individual selling character illustrations they created (not using official assets, AI, or tracing) through platforms like Pixiv Factory as coasters, keychains, or acrylic stands.
・Accepting commissions on platforms like Skeb to draw character illustrations and receiving compensation.
・Individuals or sole proprietors using self-drawn character illustrations (not official, AI-generated, or traced) for promotions when distributing fan creations at conventions.
・Individuals or sole proprietors using self-drawn character illustrations (not official, AI-generated, or traced) for icons distributed as part of paid channel benefits.
・Individuals or sole proprietors creating stamps for apps like LINE with self-drawn character illustrations (not official, AI-generated, or traced).
・Individuals or sole proprietors publishing columns or analyses about the Game in subscriber-only blog articles or paid articles on platforms like Note.
