A debate about lighting
Between no two screens being the same and everyone having a different gamma setup, i have one major question: Are the interior rooms too dark?

Artistic setting and atmosphere aside, gameplay is everything and i'm wondering if the darkness is hindering that.
Now, i'm not talking about making the interior all bright but upping the ambient light might not be a bad move.

Plz give me your thoughts on the matter and i'll try to find to find a common ground.

To get this out of the way right at the start, adding more light is (mostly) out of the question.
The way KF2 handles light, the more overlapping lightsources, the more expensive stuff gets.
Especially on a somewhat large map with a lot of view distance.
tl;dr: More light == less FPS
I'd say it's fine how it is. I mean, if you're trying to fight in the enclosed interior spaces for an extended time, you're doing it wrong, and the darkness adds to the atmosphere/gives you an excuse to use the flashlight and/or night vision.
