We also want to give special thanks to certain dedicated and faithful Users who have helped us greatly in our previous mod history with their many comments to steer us much closer towards a Better Modded Torchlight_2:

Crim, Demonith, Ytrail posting some Load Order solutions.
LarvaLounge correcting us many times on his mod: Abysm.
Lsd reminding that the mods decided may still be too powerful in Vanilla.
Marikhen revealing that "Anonanon's HUD" needed to be removed.
Miranda70 asking us to fix some very important basic errors.
Positive Mental Attitude, Systemshock inspiring me to write useful info.
Vinyl Scratch reminding us to keep our mods with-in safe websites.

We also thank all the others who contributed at least one important comment towards our choices on mods and balance that have hopefully helped many others enjoy a better experience.

This enables everyone to have the freedom to choose their own without bugs.

Yes, to all characters that are activated with it. There is a Mod Unbinder on the Steam Workshop that may help with that if loaded at the very top.
