This is a copy of something I saw on probably a Yogscast video, I was shameless back then...

Original Description:
The Mingehead is a type of Mingebag which flies around and kills everything with the exception of the Combine. The image may look like a T-posed Kleiner, but in the game it is a flying Mingebag head with almost all body parts gone (except the head). There is a chance that the Mingehead will drop a ragdoll on death, and a chance to drop nothing.
