This addon allows the ability of changing the names of the L4D2 and L4D1 survivors to the FNAF1 and FNAF2 names. So when you want to play FNAF1 or 2 models with the FNAF1 or 2 names for accuracy, then be my guest.

The FNAF1 model addon for the L4D2 characters:

This addon changes BOTH of the Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 model addons above. You will also have to put this addon in the Addons folder, not the workshop folder. This will activate it. You can find these folders in the game files. Under left4dead2. Then choose the Workshop folder and move the "names" folder to the Addons folder, what i found works, move the names folder to the desktop, then move it into the Addons folder. If you've done all of this, it will work.

Changes to L4D1 characters:

Bill = Toy Freddy
Zoey = Toy Chica
Francis = Marionette
Louis = Toy Bonnie

Changes to the L4D2 characters:

Coach = Freddy
Ellis = Foxy
Nick = Bonnie
Rochelle = Chica
