The true ending tape won't appear for me despite viewing all the secret tapes... am i missing something or is there a bug?

how do you get to kates office

when you start at the top and go down the circular blocks they should line up with the list in accordance to the side (I really hope that makes sense)

@pikachuX3 orange bread egg and cupckae should all be on the left side in that order and cow pig none and apple should all be on the right side in that order
