32 New Chinese Dynasties!

Overview
Adds 32 new Chinese dynasties with unique abilities, unique units and unique improvements.
  • Chinese leaders no longer use generic (and sometimes anachronistic) abilities. Instead, they receive uniques with respect to their dynasties. No more "Kublai Khan builds the Great Wall"!
  • All official Chinese leaders are supported.
  • A number of Chinese leader MODs are supported. Check our collection and suscribe them.

Compatibility

Notes
  • The "multiple dynasties under one Civilization" is an essential part of the design, as well as avoiding multiple Chinese leaders to be chosen in random-picks. There is no plan to change the dynasties into separate civilizations, and such suggestion is not entertained.
  • Zheng, King of Qin is not supported as the abilities are infused in the designs of the Qin Dynasty. Instead, Qin Shi Huang (Unifier) is renamed Zheng, King of Qin to represent his conquests towards unification of China.
  • Great Wall (now known as Great Wall of Qin) has its overpowered Culture and Gold nerfed, with new utilities added.
  • The Shang Dynasty ability is inspired by Tomatekh's Civ V Shang Dynasty MOD.
  • The Qing Dynasty ability is inspired by the Banner Armes in Age of Empires III.
  • This MOD does not contain changes to original game Chinese leaders to ensure maximum compatibility. We have planned to make a separate MOD for leader ability rework. Stay tuned!

Reminders
  • There could be minor glitches (that does not affect normal gameplay) in unit animations and strategic view. Fixes are working in progress. UPDATE: Strategic view is fixed.
  • The number of new assets is less than 100, though using multiple asset-heavy MODs might still reach asset limits. To minimize the number of assets and textures, this MOD uses recombined and retextured assets extensively and re-uses historic moments for multiple uniques.
  • When using MODs that grant uniques to the Chinese civilization like Steel and Thunder: Unique Units, those uniques will be available to all Chinese leaders as usual, though adding unique units might have issues in unit movement and upgrading.
  • Due to unidentified technical issues, this MOD is incompatible with Team PVP balanced MOD.

Supports English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
UPDATE: Now supports Japanese version of original Chinese leaders' dynasties. (Qin Dynasty, Yuan Dynasty, Ming Dynasty, Wu Zhou)
Requires Rise & Fall, Gathering Storm, New Frontier Pass and Leader Pass.

明朝特色單位需要研究文艺复兴时期的火药科技,进行卫所项目解锁。
清朝特色单位是中世纪的弓骑兵,但旗军一直延伸到文艺复兴时期的单位。

感谢你的支持,但王朝特性的改良设施的特效和相邻加成是经过精心设计,从多角度反映特色,所以无意变为简单(事实上也没必要记住,看百科就行)。
