First steps

Try to close the game, there is 3 ways to do it.

Method 1: Do it using the task manager, its pretty simple:

Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc combination
Choose "Applications"
Click on the Counter Strike: Global Offensive logo or name
Press the "End task" button and you're done

Method 2: Standart way(Close the game in the game):

Move the mouse cursor over the "turn off" button and press it
Confirm quitting from the game

Method 3: Close the game in Steam app

Press the "Stop" button
Confirm exiting the game
