Introduction
Possible spoilers for Borderlands 2's story ahead. Proceed only if you've reached the mission "The Man Who Would Be Jack" in the game's main story, or if you don't mind the risk of being spoiled.

Opportunity: the shining jewel of Hyperion, A sprawling city with a bright future ahead of it, and a testament to Handsome Jack's crippling megalomania.

For some the location challenges for Opportunity can be a little confusing. It is a densely packed map, and it has some really weird invisible barriers. Not helping this is how at least one of the challenges is worded in a way that's more than a bit misleading.

I'm aware one can find all of these by wiki-walking or looking up YouTube videos, but none of these are accessible in-game through steam as far as I've found, and I'm far too lazy to google something so I decided to change that for lazy people everywhere.

This guide will cover every single location specific challenge for Opportunity from easiest to most difficult. The difficult scaling is based entirely on my own personal opinions from what I had the most trouble finding so your experience may differ pretty heavily from my own, but just bear with me as I cover all five challenges for the city built by Jack's ego.

Hopefully this guide serves to help someone who might be doing a play through for the first time, or someone who just hasn't played the game in a few years and doesn't really feel like tabbing out of their game to find all the secrets again. If this guide is helpful enough, and if you want me to do other location challenge guides, feel free to let me know in the comments section.
1. Shame the Foreman
Probably the easiest challenge in the game as long as you aren't coming into this under-leveled and poorly equipped. In fact you'll more than likely complete this one during the side quest "Hell Hath No Fury". To complete it, simply kill the mini-boss "Foreman Jasper" before he spawns even a single turret.

Here's what Foreman Jasper looks like:

He looks just like the engineer enemies you see all over Opportunity, but he has a cool helmet. He also has unique voice lines, so you'll know when he's around. He has heavy armor so he's more durable than the other hyperion humans on the map. Though his spawn location seems to be ever so slightly random in my experience, he will always spawn in the pits district, which is here:

(indicated by the red square on the map)

If you're having trouble killing him fast enough then the gear I recommend bringing is a corrosive rocket launcher with around 10,000 damage stat minimum. With this weapon you should be able to kill him in one or two shots. If you're still having trouble after that, call in some friends to help. Even one extra person should be enough firepower to bring him down. As long as no turrets have been built you're golden.

The last thing to keep in mind is that he will only spawn after you've initiated the side quest "Hell Hath No Fury", which is given by Mad Moxxi as soon as you've accepted the main story quest "The Man Who Would Be Jack". This will also be the best time to do this challenge as the quest points you straight towards him. But if you fail to complete it during the side quest, don't worry. Jasper will respawn after you reload your game, or after a certain amount of time passes.

Ideally you shouldn't have issue with this one since over-leveling and getting good gear makes him a very simple target, and that's why I've set him as the absolute easiest in the list.
2. Opportunity Knocks
The second easiest challenge for Opportunity (If only because the previous one has a side-quest that points you straight towards it.) Echo recorders are never particularly difficult to find since there's a grey light pointing you towards them, but they can still be missed due to blending into the colors of Opportunity's dull grey hues.

Echo Tape 1

Very straight-forward. The first tape is right next to the map exit right between the two vending machines sitting on a bench. You can't miss it.

Echo Tape 2

Another easy one. You can find this one in the Waterfront district. It'ss between the two vending machines closest to the unfinished bridge, the echo sitting on a bench just like the last one. (Man, someone really worked hard placing these huh?)

Echo Tape 3

The final echo tape is the hardest one to find of the three that are on this map. This one is located in Opportunity Square, it's on a bench next to the information kiosk and right below the walkable bridge in the indoor shopping area that has an unreachable catwalk that two hyperion engineers spawn on. Can be VERY easy to miss if you're not paying attention. Once you've picked up the last recorder the challenge will complete, marking another one down.
3. Top o' the World
This one is annoying because the description of it is very misleading. "Get to the top of three rooftops." It's a simple task, but the truth is the game considers "rooftops" in this case to be balconies. Don't try reaching the ACTUAL rooftops of the buildings here, you'll only be wasting your time as you fruitlessly jump against invisible walls. I'll be listing each rooftop from easiest to hardest. Although none of them are particularly difficult to climb up to, the last one might require some special effort and a friend who owns Borderlands 2.

First Rooftop

To find this one, go to the Living Legend Plaza and look to the building right of the Jack Statue surrounded by murals (Facing the front of the statue). Climb up the sloped roof to the balcony on the left of this image and the challenge will update.

Second Rooftop

This one is located in the waterside district, on the building next to the lake. You can climb this one by jumping onto the diagonal beams next to the water and walking up them to the balcony at the top. A bulloader will spawn as soon as you reach the top and you'll get progress towards the challenge.

Third Rooftop

The last rooftop is also the most involved one. This one has a button! Unfortunately it's also one that requires co-op. TECHNICALLY it's possible to do this one in single player, but it requires a very specific setup involving damage boosting. This guide assumes you either don't know how to do that, or don't want to, so I won't go over that method here.

This rooftop is located west from the indoor shopping center where you found echo recorder #3 earlier. (Check the "Opportunity Knocks" chapter of this guide if you don't know what I'm talking about.) You'll find a green button next to one of the staircases on the southern side of the building. Look up from there to see a platform. Pressing the green button moves the platform. The reason you need a co-op partner for this is because it only moves once per button press. Why is there no button on the platform itself? ... Blame Randy I guess.

Anyway, press the button once to lower the platform, climb up the beam next to the green button so you can jump onto the platform. Once you're there get your buddy to press the green button and you'll ride up to the top where you can jump off to your right (assuming you're facing the wall.) onto the balcony there. With this you should complete the challenge and find some loot too.
4. Cult of the Vault (Opportunity)
A fairly straight-forward challenge. It's one that you've probably seen listed for every map in the game. It can be pretty hard without a guide as they're always tucked into nooks and crannies, and more importantly; lack any real hints to speak of. For that reason I've listed it as the second hardest challenge out of the five. Thankfully if you're using this guide you won't have to spend hours searching every corner of the map for these symbols.

Vault Symbol 1

From the map exit take the right path down until you see a drop-off guarded by a rail. There will be a bridge over a bond at the bottom, simply crawl underneath the bridge to find the first symbol hidden on the bridge's underside.

Vault Symbol 2

The second and final symbol for Opportunity is located in the Pits. Look for a squared-off pit on the western side of the area that's fenced off by boards. Drop down into the pit and look for a pipe next to a short ladder. To find the symbol hop up on the pipe, crouch down, and crawl underneath the platform in front of you. The symbol will be to your right inside this tiny space. Once you've pressed e next to both symbols the challenge will complete. And with that we move on to the map's final challenge...
5. Down With Big, Handsome Brother
This is the absolute worst challenge in the entire map in my opinion. The goal is simple: Find and destroy eight security cameras around the map. Easy on paper right? It would be if not for the fact that the cameras blend perfectly into the environment. Some of them you will probably destroy on accident just fighting, but several of them are far enough out of the way you will basically never touch them unless you just get a lucky shot in. - Even if you do, the cameras have their own health bars and tend not to die in one hit. It took me far longer than I care to admit when I was searching for all eight.

I'm going to save you the trouble dear reader. I'm going to save you hours of searching and eye strain looking for these stupid dull grey cameras put against dull grey walls. Handsome Jack is a Handsome Jackass.

Camera 1

For this camera, go to the vending machines next to the co-opportunity center. Look at the roof with a helipad on it and check the corner for the first of eight cameras.

Camera 2

For camera number two go north of the living legend plaza to the second Jack statue located here. Simply look at the corner of the building located to the right of this statue to find it.

Camera 3

Facing the Jack statue in the living legend plaza, look to the building left of it, underneath the yellow hyperion billboard you'll find camera #3 (And some unlucky engineers looking down the gun barrel of a vault hunter.)

Camera 4

Remember where you found the first vault symbol earlier in the guide? Go to this same bridge, but this time climb on top of it. There will be a yellow H banner here, and to the immediate left of this banner is the fourth camera out of eight.

Camera 5

Go to the Jack statue in the waterfront district. Behind the statue you'll find a waterfall decoration, look behind this waterfall to find a lamp post. on that lamp post near the top is the fifth camera.

Camera 6
For the sixth camera you'll want to go back to the indoor shopping center where you found the third echo recorder from earlier in the guide. Look to the white catwalk past the information kiosk, you'll find the sixth camera to the right of it on the corner of the wall.

Camera 7
The seventh camera is rather tricky to find, but thankfully you're almost done now. Go to the water front district's vending machines (The same place where you found echo recorder number 2.) The building across from these vending machines has a staircase on the opposite side from the vending machines. Climb these stairs and go around the corner to the elevated bridge, going past it to find camera number seven hanging off the corner of this overhang. Victory is so close now!

Camera 8

When I said victory was close, I meant it literally. For camera eight just go around the corner from camera seven. The eighth and final camera is watching the stairs you came up earlier to reach number seven. Look to the corner of the wall on your left (When facing the stairs.) to find this final camera. And with all eight cameras destroyed you should have completed not only this challenge, but every last challenge exclusive to opportunity. Congratulations!

If you've read this far, I wanna thank you for reading. Hopefully this guide will serve to save you hours of mindless hunting for trinkets and destructibles. No need to thumb up this guide, give it an award, or anything like that, but if this guide helped you out, I'd love to hear it in the comments!
