MP5A3 is one of the most famous classical SMG all over the world. Designed and manufactured by H&K, it was adopted by multinational armies, security forces, and police forces.

This MP5A3 HECU was inspired by the MP5 used by HECU in Half Life 1, and its fan remake Black Mesa. The inspiration of the model of MP5A3 HECU comes from HL1's MP5 World Model (HECU handheld) and the early art design of Black Mesa. During the time I made that, I had a great idea. According to Groza's attached grenade launcher, I thought of the design and practice of using the fire mode selector to switch trigger to launch grenades, although the MP5A3 may not have the space for such transformation.
